Admission

The College adheres to the following provisions in the admission of students which state “No student shall be denied admission to MIST by reason of sex, ethnic consideration, religious belief or political affiliation (Sec 12, RA 8292; RA 10230, Sec 15, Part 2), or by physical disabilities (Chapter 8, Sec 32H, RA 9442)”. However, all applicants must comply with the general entrance requirements set by the Admission and Scholarship Office and prescribed specific requirements to admission and retention in the chosen program of study.

Requirements

  • A. Duly accomplished Admission Form
  • B. 2 pcs passport size ID picture with name tag
  • C. Photocopy of Form 138/TOR or equivalent (For NON-SHS) Form

Enrollment

Every prospective student must enroll during the given enrollment period. Students who do not register during the days specified in the STCAST Academic Calendar for registration are subject to additional fee adjustments. All late registrants shall undergo the regular procedure of enrollment and will be charged a late registration fee.

Requirements

FOR INCOMING FIRST YEAR COLLEGE

  1. A. Original Form 138 (High School Report Card)
  2. B. Certificate of Moral Character
  3. C. PSA authenticated copy of birth certificate
  4. D. PSA authenticated copy of marriage certificate (if married)
  5. E. Three (3) copies 2x2 ID pictures in white background
  6. F. Photocopy of PWD ID or PWD Certification from DSWD Office (if applicable)
  7. G. Photocopy of 4Ps ID (if applicable)

FOR TRANSFEREES

  1. A. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal
  2. B. Certified true copy of complete academic records duly signed by the Registrar
  3. C. Certificate of Moral Character signed by concerned school authority
  4. D. PSA authenticated copy of birth certificate
  5. E. PSA authenticated copy of marriage certificate (if married)
  6. F. Three (3) copies 2x2 ID pictures in white background
  7. G. Photocopy of PWD ID or PWD Certification from DSWD Office (if applicable)
  8. H. Photocopy of 4Ps ID (if applicable)
